All transactions for the purchase of any Digital products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as Stripe, Razorpay, Google Pay & Paypal that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

If you need a refund then we do initiate a refund on the same day. There will not be any refund processed after the 3 days of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

If you faced any problem or if the product is not working you can cancel our service within 3 days. There will not be any Cancel option after the 3 days of purchase.

I bought a product, can I request a refund?

Yes, we do issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer, if you found that the product you have bought is not working then raise a refund request on support Tickets.

Note – Make sure that there are no license keys for the products. So, you can’t raise a refund request for license keys.

We do not issue a refund under the following circumstances:

  • You can’t install downloaded themes or plugin
  • A theme or a plugin somehow does not work or is not compatible with your Hosting and WordPress.
  • A theme or a plugin requires a license or purchase code
  • A theme or a plugin requires Register
  • You got your website broken during a theme or a plugin was being installed
  • Membership are Non Refundable.
  • Product with License Key are Non Refundable.

Provider offers digital media (“Software”) that may be downloaded immediately after a purchase order has been made. There isn’t any “trial” or “grace period” after buying any product which suggests all sales are final.

Once you have bought the software, there is no such thing as a way to “return” it. In case we’re unable to solve your problem or our product fully doesn’t work(damaged product), all of the refunds will be made by on the same day.

It may take up to 5-10 days to get your refund in your payment account or medium depending on payment medium and the location of your bank.


If any chargeback or payment dispute is caused by CLIENT to a bank or credit card company or Gateway (Paypal, Stripe), then CLIENT services and/or projects will be suspended and in some cases, all work will be undone (reversed) without notice. Furthermore, the amount of the chargeback fee will be issued to the CLIENT (to recover any fees passed on to us by the credit card company).

In Addition, any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) will have to be paid in full before we restore service, deliver any files, or commence any work.
